Delivering 178% Return to Investors

FSC MRC Odessa TX, DST. Investors in the DST realized a 178% total return on their investment.
This performance reflects FSC’s commitment to generating attractive returns and providing investors
with access to high-quality replacement real estate opportunities. Notably, for all of FSC’s full-cycle DST
programs, the average total return is 158%, with an average annual rate of return of 7.2%.
