FSX Industrial 34, DST is a 100% net-leased industrial portfolio consisting of two mission-critical facilities located in Duncan, South Carolina, and Hanson, Kentucky. The properties are leased under long-term, absolute NNN agreements with contractual rent escalations to Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN) and Carhartt, Inc., respectively.
