Heather Ahrens

Heather Ahrens is the Managing Director of National Accounts for Four Springs Capital Markets, where she is responsible for relationship management with the firm’s broker-dealer partners. Heather has been with the company since 2010. She previously served in various sales and management roles with Spencer Trask Ventures, a private equity firm focused on early stage technology investments. Heather holds Series 7, 63, and SIE licenses and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University. Alongside her financial licenses, she also maintains a Real Estate Salesperson license.

Chris Neary

Chris Neary serves as Senior Vice President of sales for the Eastern United States for Four Springs Capital Trust and Four Springs TEN31 Xchange. Since joining Four Springs Capital in 2011, he has served in pivotal roles of capital introduction and education for all of the firm’s sponsored programs. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University. He also holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Ryan Locilento

Ryan Locilento serves as Vice President of Sales and Regional Consultant in FL, AL, MS and LA for Four Springs Capital Markets and Four Springs TEN31 Xchange.  Ryan brings over 15 years of financial services experience and has served in various capacities in sales and management organizations over his tenure in the industry.  During those 20 years he has successfully raised over $2.5B of assets from institutions and investors.  His last 9 years has been spent specializing in alternative assets such as non-traded real estate, business development companies, private equity, and other private offerings.  Previous employers include Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Lincoln Financial, and FS Investments.  Ryan holds his Series 7, 66, and Series 24 General Securities Principal licenses and has a B.S. in Finance from Stockton University.

James Child

James Child serves as Vice President of Sales and Regional Consultant for Four Springs Capital Markets and Four Springs TEN31 Xchange. Prior to joining Four Springs Capital Markets, James spent three years with Third Seven Capital the managing broker dealer for Four Springs Capital. Previously, he spent twelve years with the Credit Suisse Private Bank’s Fixed Income Group. During his career at the bank he held multiple sales/trading roles, was a fixed income credit specialist, and helped manage an almost $30 billion cash management business. He left the bank as a Director and holds both his Series 7 & 63. He is also a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent. James obtained his Bachelors of Science in Management from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School and his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a focus on International Finance and Economics.

Sam Ramos serves as an Internal Exchange Consultant at Four Springs Capital Markets. Joseph Marinelli

Joseph Marinelli serves as the Controller at Four Springs Capital Markets who possesses more than 37 years of managerial accounting experience. He is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the firm including budgeting, payroll functions and consolidation of financial reporting. In addition, he manages selling agreements with participating broker dealers and RIAs. Previously, Joe was the controller at Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College and FINRA licenses 7, 63 & 27.

Arspreet Kaur (Preet)

Preet Kaur serves as Director of Operations & Investor Relations at Four Springs Capital Markets, managing the investment operational team that ensures accurate & timely processing of investments, closing and post-closing functions. In addition, she manages the investor relations department interfacing the company’s transfer agent, broker dealers, RIAs, QIs, and custodians to facilitate transactions for private offerings. Preet holds an MBA from Monmouth University and FINRA licenses SIE, 99, & 82.

Charles Shaw

Charles (Chas) Shaw serves as a Vice President at Four Springs Capital Markets.  Joining the team in November 2008, Charles embarked on his journey with the company as a Marketing Associate, demonstrating exceptional skill and commitment from the outset. His role quickly evolved, leading him to work directly as assistant to Mr. Dioguardi. In his multifaceted role, Charles also oversees office management and provides internal wholesale support, collaborating closely with the external sales team. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University and holds a FINRA Series 7 License.

Michael Davey

Michael Davey serves as the CRM Manager for Four Springs Capital Markets. Since joining Four Springs Capital in 2016, he has been responsible for managing the company’s capital raising efforts in Salesforce and executing its digital marketing campaigns. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Business Minor from Penn State University.

Kenneth Dioguardi

Kenneth Dioguardi serves as CRM Manager for Four Springs Capital Markets. After spending some time as an intern, Kenneth joined the Four Springs Capital team full time in 2018. His responsibilities include using Salesforce and marketing to analyze data to drive sales growth for capital raising efforts. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.

Emily Case

Emily Case serves as Operations Associate for Four Springs Capital Markets. Her responsibilities include client document review, facilitate fund offerings from inception to close, instruct wire transfers and liaison for broker-dealer/QI support. Emily first joined the Four Springs Capital Markets team as an intern and transitioned to a full time position in 2022. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Penn State University.
