Four Springs Capital Markets Welcomes Natalie Stephens as Senior Vice President for California and Hawaii

WALL, N.J. – April, 2025 – Four Springs Capital Markets is pleased to announce that Natalie Stephens has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, covering California and Hawaii. In this role, she will provide sales and marketing support to financial advisors, leveraging her extensive industry expertise to drive growth and engagement in these key territories.

Stephens brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector and joins Four Springs Capital Markets from Capital Square, where she served as Regional Vice President, Southwest Sales since 2023. During her tenure, she played a key role in expanding the firm’s market presence and supporting financial advisors with tax-advantaged real estate investment solutions. Prior to that, she held sales and marketing roles with leading distributors of real estate-based investment programs, including Griffin Capital, Grubb & Ellis Securities, and KBS Capital Markets Group. She began her career in 2008 as an internal wholesaler with MetLife Investors, gaining foundational expertise in financial products and advisor support.
