Four Springs TEN31 Xchange Launches $157 Million Industrial DST Offering Leased to Ford Motor Company

WALL, N.J. – October 21, 2024 – Four Springs TEN31 Xchange (FSXchange), a leading sponsor of DSTs in industrial and healthcare 1031 real estate exchanges, today announced the launch of FSC Industrial 32, DST, a $157 million offering available exclusively to accredited investors. This new DST opportunity features a missioncritical industrial facility fully leased to Ford Motor Company, strategically located in the Detroit MSA.
